To facilitate and grow community foundations that serve Clarion, Forest, Venango and other adjacent counties. We will: focus staff and other resources on increasing the capacity of our community foundations; facilitate the creation of permanent community endowments that make giving effective and personally satisfying for contributors; and provide an effective and efficient process for fund investment, management and meeting state and federal regulatory requirements.
