To support the participation of citizens in the democratic development of their communities through networking and partnership, involvement and empowerment of youth, and co-financing of citizens’ initiatives and projects for sustainable development of the community. Through promotion of a culture of giving and volunteerism, we connect donations with activities that improve living conditions in the Tuzla region.

Citizens participate in our decision making through the board, grant committees, and expert and working groups, and they influence the shaping of programs and distribution of funds. The foundation engages people in community development through discussions about local problem solving and grants to community projects and local organizations.
