Most Meaningful Change
Two initiatives have become important to our organization. Our young leaders group, called the Future Fund, has about 150 members who each pay $10 per month to belong and offer one grant cycle per year where they choose important projects and programs to invest in. The second initiative has been the decision to host a giving day/match day in both 2012 and 2013. This has allowed us to elevate the great work of our local nonprofits. By providing a prorated match to each gift given by a donor, these gifts become more meaningful.
