Mission

WE INSPIRE PHILANTHROPY, SUPPORT THE CHARITABLE SECTOR AND BUILD A PERMANENT ENDOWMENT TO ADDRESS THE CURRENT AND FUTURE NEEDS OF PEOPLE IN OUR COMMUNITY.

Most Meaningful Change

Public confidence in the Foundation's work has been due, in large, part to the growing profile of the Foundation. Significant donations, such as the $117 million unrestricted gift from the Daryl K. Seaman estate which significantly increased the Foundation's asset base, the Foundation's role in supporting long-term community revitalization through the 2013 Flood Rebuilding Fund, and the broader impact of initiatives such as the Calgary's Vital Signs report have all encouraged community activation and allowed the Foundation to continue providing "360 degree" support to the Calgary and area charitable sector.

1955 Year Founded
