Mission

To create a better community by promoting philanthropy, awarding effective grants and providing leadership on important community issues . . . today and forever

Most Meaningful Change

The foundation provided major funding to our local YMCA and Boys and Girls Club to make a new combined facility a reality. We participated in the planning process and funded initial feasibility studies to test possible success before the initial fundraising began. We provided significant funding from our own unrestricted funds and facilitated other large donations from many local businesses and individuals. This new combined YMCA/Boys and Girls Club model now enables both organizations to serve many more individuals and families.
